Pros
Great ream to work with where we all help each other out. Wages are average for retail work. Management makes you feel appreciated for work well done
Kontras
currently only working contracted hours (16) which is not good enough. We were told that it would only be for a couple of weeks but has gone on for 2 months now and I am looking for work elsewhere unfortunately. The hours allocated to our store are not distributed fairly amongst the staff with a select few getting more than the rest. At the moment there are in fact only 2 of us restricted to contracted hours while everyone else is on overtime. Totally unfair in my opinion
