Flexible working hours. Equal opportunity employers. Once you have the job they are very supportive and have systems in place for careers and those with learning disabilities. Plenty of opportunities to progress however you have to be proactive

You have to prove your worth before they are supportive like most employers we are you only human you tend to come across some bias mangers. Very easy to get comfortable and not progress it depends on the manager above you unless you are proactive asking for the upskilling and putting yourself forward for learning opportunities
