Pros

Very good place to work with, management very welcoming and helpful. Training is very thorough and the job is enjoyable, you are given experience in multiple roles but management pays attention to your preferences and accomodates this as far as possible. Low contracted hours, but I often work 3 times as much as I have been working there for over a year and employees with experience are in high demand.

Kontras

No real downsides, the only real problem is the system which is undeniably flawed and often goes down and consequently causes delays with customer service. It's not great when customers get angry at you for something that is just as frustrating for you as it is for the customers.
