Understaffed and up themselves - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei Argos: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Managers think they're better then staff. Understaffed so shifts are stressful. The hours are hit and miss. When they need you they'll give you loads of hours. When they don't you'll get r hours a week. Pay is minimum wage but they make you come in to start 15 minutes early and make us stay behind by about 30 minutes. Customers are rude and managers do not support staff.
