Key players of this company really believe that employees are valuable assets and treat you like a human being. The health insurance is fantastic, it's pre-"affordable care act" quality insurance.

Pay is significantly below median wages. There is a lot of sub-consulting and your experience is dependent on the client you have. There isn't much support for the home office. If you need something be prepared to pester your manager for a week or two to get a response. You will be entry level for 3-5 years. There is no raise schedule, you will get inflation adjustments but no raises. Training is handled mostly on the client side. There is little to no training in house.
