Location is a good one work from home. There were absolutely no pros to working for this company

Horrible management and they are cutthroat. Miscommunication among trainers, coaches and agent. Horrible training and then your thrown on calls, the coaches DO NOT care about your success-only theirs, all that matters are your metrics and they spend every waking hour bullying you about it. The pay is awful for how hard you have to work. Calls come in back to back and you have no time to notate what happened on last call. Hostile work environment because other agents are stressed and can be rude. Pay, no room for advancement, poor communication within teams, hours can be cut at any time. Benefits are terrible. HR is borderline criminal in some of their actions. No vacation until you've worked six months. During slow times, or times when they wildly over hire in advance of 4th quarter, they force everyone to take TWO half hour, unpaid lunches, that of course, are not concurrent.
