Employees are friendly especially junior staff

Very very toxic. The hypocrisy there is top notch.pretending to be a Christian organisation but they treat employees so badly. Threats from top senior management. Cartels in senior leadership starting with HR especially in Kenya that if they don't like you then they make your life difficult
