      Great pay to do what I love. Strong leadership and a drive to excel makes this a winning place to work. During the federal downturn, this company kept my colleagues employed with their own profits and proactively figured out ways to prevent this from happening in the future.

      Pros

      Even though I was "just" an intern, I felt like the environment was very friendly and collaborative. I learned so much more just by working at such an amazing place.

      As with anything, there are still ways to improve, but I think ATS is doing the right things, so I don't feel like there's really many cons to working here.
