Career employee with no career path - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei Applied Systems: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Pay is low and not close to being competitive. I've been at Applied for 9 years, yet I feel there is no room for advancement. I've asked about advancement opportunities in my "self-eval" several years in a row and it is never discussed. Feel very stuck and at a dead end. If you want to keep good employees give them reasons to stay.
