Work with some great people and build friendships that last years after you’ve left. They can be very adaptive to your needs (wfh, moving schedules around to fit your needs)

Pay. This has been said many times before, but the pay is terrible. Year after year you hear about “record breaking revenue” and so on, but then you get a sad story about why you’re only getting $500-1000 annual raises. Unless you have a fancy title, it will keep you afloat, but that’s about it. Way too much micromanaging. It seems a solid 35% of the company has some kind of management title. Management can be hard to work with at times as it seems their entire job is to sit in meetings fir 7 hours a day. Internal moves almost require an act of Congress to happen.
