- Solid career path -I have a clear outline of the roles i'm working toward and what I have to do to get there. - Variety - A # of initiatives are currently underway, so there's no shortage of projects to work on. Keeps things interesting and every day is different which is good. - Valued by mgmt team - Contributions, feedback, and input on approach to projects are encouraged and they never hesitate to say thank you - Location - Probably most ideal for people in the south/southwest suburbs, but it's accessible from the city. It's right off 57 or we're two minutes from a train station. - Freedom to work - I don't like to be micro-managed and I feel I'm given enough freedom to do my work. I'm given parameters of a project and allowed to accomplish it how i see fit.
