Easy commute. Onsite cafeteria. Free bagels every week and semi-regular employee appreciation days.
Kontras
Pay is ridiculously low and annual increases are 2%, at best. It's unreal that they would overwork employees and not give an appropriate merit increase, but send Sales on an all expenses paid trip to Mexico, and other tropical places, each year just for meeting their goal - aka doing their job.
