Pros
This company has come a long way since I began working here many years ago. While, the people have always been friendly, the environment wasn't always geared toward the employees needs. Since then, we have adopted new methodologies and created a team environment. Regardless of your title, ideas to improve are always welcome by management. Management supports moving within the company to other locations and departments as desired by the employee. I have never felt stuck in the role I currently hold and could transfer if I ever feel another suits my needs better. Requesting time off is simple and rarely denied.

Pay isn't as high as I would like, but as others have said, we are not located in Chicago like many of the other higher paying software companies.
