I have never felt so supported and trusted in a role. Upper management is concerned about work-life balance and regularly assesses how well they are achieving that balance- all the way up to the CEO. The salary is terrific, benefits are good. My team is highly skilled, open minded, creative, and proactive. The work can be challenging but is also highly rewarding. Also, as the program is new, there is lots of room and potential for growth, and there are a lot of amazing opportunities for learning and individual progress.

It’s a new program, so there are inherent challenges with that, such as adapting to quick changes and pressures relating to building a program. But if we learned anything during the pandemic, adaptability is one of the most valuable skills that one can have in the modern work force.
