Good for intern as they get lots of work and some intern don't get paid also for their work so choose this company accordingly.

There are various disadvantages. 1) Poor infrastructure with no further plans to enhance; it appears that we are seated in a building hall. 2) No internet or door security. 3) Out of 200 or 300 employees, only 14-16 have acceptable pay packages.More than ten Lacks per year. 4) There is a lot of politics at this company. 5) No hierarchy is established at all. 6) This company is run by a single guy, and everyone must follow his orders and rules. (Boss: Nilesh Satpute) There are some of the worst people in management, including Shubho (Digital Head), Reema (Hr Head), Rajiv Nair (Project Handler), and others. It appears that they have no knowledge of the position and are always willing to play politics to meet their requirements. I can only advise against joining this company since there is little room for career growth, the pay is low, and there is day, night, and weekend work expected. Harrasment and blackmailing is the worst thing I observed in this company. This is the only few cons which I shared with you all.
