Office culture is great, management is genuine and tries very hard to create a positive, flexible atmosphere. If you show you can work hard they'll give you lots of leeway to shine.

You'll have to be patient to move up, there's not a lot of turnover and currently not a lot of expansion (company just got bought by Trustwave) but if you're motivated and show value they'll find ways to make it happen.

Good technology to work on, with both low-level and high level engineering. You can program on Unix machines, Linux, and Windows, You can develop code with C++, C#, .NET and Boost technologies, and therefore you get to learn many things.

There is too much to do and so little time to do it all. They spread themselves thin by trying to be cross-platform too quickly; without perfecting software on platform before moving onto the next.
