Office culture is great, management is genuine and tries very hard to create a positive, flexible atmosphere. If you show you can work hard they'll give you lots of leeway to shine.

You'll have to be patient to move up, there's not a lot of turnover and currently not a lot of expansion (company just got bought by Trustwave) but if you're motivated and show value they'll find ways to make it happen.

Competitive salary, but don't be fooled by the OTE...it's highly unlikely that you'll make your number here.

The most utterly mis-managed company I have every worked for. If you are in sales, you will be sold a bill of goods by all of upper management. They like to talk a good game, but there is no substance behind them. The turnover here is like a revolving door, with many a sales rep leaving after only 1-2 months upon realizing they have had the rug pulled out from under them. Ask to speak to more than 1-2 of the reps and ask how many of the reps have actually made their number. Even ask for a w-2....just to verify. Only 1-2 reps make their each year...not a good track record
