      Skills development is fully supported through mentoring, opportunities, resources, study time scheduled during work. Management is approachable and not hierarchical. Always available for Q&A sessions, guidance, a chat, etc. This is a collaborative environment where people share knowledge, experiences and help each other out. You will learn a lot here.

      Kontras

      Traditional in IT - you may find yourself needing to continue on working from time to time to resolve an issue or deliver a piece of work. There is always support available if needed.

      Pros

      Applicable is a great place to get exposed to a bunch of different technologies especially in the areas of infrastructure, virtualization, and Unified Communication.

      Kontras

      Communication between global geographies can use some work but it is something that is constantly being worked on for improvement.
