Flexibility in working hours Own boss Only reason I’m staying at the moment

Support is low Communication is non existent and different between pfs and sa A lot more work added to managers but no support given with it Expected to give answers to question straight away but when you ask no reply Progression is all about who you know Promises are made but not fulfilled No appreciation for managers even though we are pushed to give it to staff. Hard to take holidays as no support given to managers who has no number 2 your expected to sort it out yourself and penalized when site isn’t in standards if you take time off. Made feel like your done something wrong or a failure when you didn’t know or should know how to deal with hr issue when you contact for advice from hr. Made feel like you can’t say no incase it affects opportunities in the future Always on the phone

There are Absolutely no pros to the job

You will be miss treated by upper management who while is expected to be held by the same standards you are willing never actually uphold those standards for themselves while simultaneously being abused by the employees who are your direct reports because this company gives basic employees several protection against disciplinary actions making it very difficult to correct poor behavior and remove underperforming employees. You will be undercompensated for all of your work and be expected to work yourself to death all to line the pockets of the people above you who have absolutely no idea how to truly run a customer service business where the focus is the customers and the people that brake care of them
