Firstly, I want to get it out there that I neither am nor was an employee of Appcore Solutions. They approached me for a Front end developer Contract position. After getting the initial check lists out of the way (online test, etc..) I was scheduled to speak to the account manager. Besides calling me 20 minutes after the scheduled time, not having the least courtesy to properly introduce himself or ask about who he is speaking to, asks me what my expected hourly rate is - and I let him in on my expectation. Ideally, the next step would be to negotiate taking the given circumstances under consideration but in this case, I was blatantly ridiculed for what I was expecting and spoken to in a condescending tone. The conversation did not go much further as I told this unprofessional & courtesy lacking pig of an account manager, that if I was being spoken to in such a derogatory tone before being employed, I could not imagine what it would be after being employed - especially having to get Visa sponsorship from these guys.
