Pros
The work is very challenging since you are always in constant communications with company executives but the company brings out the best in you since they allow you the freedom to discover and polish your own work techniques, office feels like an extension of your family because the management sincerely promotes the work/life balance in the work place, birthday treats are every Friday for employees having birthdays for the week, not only do you get a big birthday cake and lots of pizzas and other yummies, you also get to mingle with co workers and catch up,get tips and relax at the same time. The dedicated beer fridge is never empty,the recreation room is great. Flexi time is fantastic.

Like in any movie, there would always be heroes and villains, so is the work place,but it's part of the pinoy culture to be so in love with gossip...so what else is new.
