This information is published on USCIS’ website and is available to the public. A recent report released by the National Foundation for American Policy (NFAP), indicates that the national denial rate was approx. 32% in Q1 2019 which puts Apolis right around the national average. Apolis has a fully staffed immigration department and works with several immigration attorneys to support our team members’ immigration requirements. During a tumultuous period from 2017 to date, Apolis has maintained good results. Of course, a USCIS-denial means some people are going to be disappointed. Clearly this writer is one of those who was denied. We are sorry for that.
