The Directing, Executive and Development Mangement is polarized to one person, and therefore there is no separation of power which is not reflecting a democratical culture for the size of this company. Instructions are often ambiguous or not comprehensive and will be mostly communicated from remote and therefore not allow for further discussions nor acknowledging the current status of a case. The failures which are caused by systematic Management problems will be blamed on employees. You can hardly rely on verbal agreements and therefore you have to document everything the Management communicates for your own defence. And even that might not be sufficient. The working hours are from 8 am - 6 pm. If you make it leave on time it will be interpreted as working not passionate rather than seen as a good time management skill. Employees have been called and emailed during their sick leave and manipulated in a way to feel guilty staying at home to recover fully. There are no performance reviews - this might happen ad hoc depending on the mood of the Management, which is unpredictable. If you claim for one, it will be ignored or postponed.
