Good people treating as family and good benefits

Leadership have been in company for many years. So, advancement in career for new bees is challenging to go thru leadership egos. Needless to mention that advancement is not based on contributions. Rewards and recognition is highly biased. Although Aon corporate strives for execution of effective talent and acquisition strategy, this is not simply not being materialized in Aon Affnity
