Poorly managed. Line workers, engineers and mid level managers work long hours yet upper management barely puts in a full day’s work. Rampant HR issues. HR policies are not consistently applied including discipline ( or lack thereof) for sexual assault and harassment. Policies in their own employee manual are not adhered to. Employee concerns are not addressed. Engineers and managers hired for day shift are forced to 2nd and 3rd shifts for extended periods while plant manager checks out after barely working 6-7 hours. High turnover in management and engineering staff causes loss of institutional knowledge and new hires have no one to train or mentor them.
