Fast-paced role with a lot of ownership and opportunity. It’s a great place to learn the software and promotional products space because you’re exposed to a lot early on. If you’re motivated, organized, and take initiative, you can build skills quickly, see results fast, and move up sooner than you might at a more traditional company.

The same fast pace that makes it exciting can also make it demanding. Workload can spike during peak times, and you need to be comfortable problem-solving and being proactive.
