Tools and technology in general are outdated company is restructuring and things are confusing

Really none - they do give some of profits to good causes.... but they dont make a profit and have not for a long time

Continual changes of product managers and no clarity of risk appetite. Failure to invest in modern work systems are coming home to haunt the ELT.
