My internal team was great. Office was nice and had good campus.

Very weird culture, you either drink the Kool aid and stay for life or face the truth of a high turnover and low work satisfaction.

They have completely expunged meritocracy from their culture and replaced it with DEI. Anyone who is reading this, I would highly encourage you to read Anson Frericks book “The Last Call for Bud Light.” From diversity dashboards to racist rhetoric, it is a toxic culture from top to bottom. Management pretends like they want feedback and then does nothing when they receive it. Stay away.
