Leadership only cares about their promotions and their bonus - employees are viewed as dispensable. Often take on the work of other open positions to allow the brewery to save the budget (for 6-12 months at a time). No work life balance, you will receive calls and texts 24/7. The senior leaders will never acknowledge the hours or hard work you've put in.

They have completely expunged meritocracy from their culture and replaced it with DEI. Anyone who is reading this, I would highly encourage you to read Anson Frericks book “The Last Call for Bud Light.” From diversity dashboards to racist rhetoric, it is a toxic culture from top to bottom. Management pretends like they want feedback and then does nothing when they receive it. Stay away.
