Pros

Fun working environment, work with very passionate and committed professionals. Get to drink beer for free and do really fun things outside the office.

Kontras

Can be a bit bureaucratic at times for sure. One thing that is critical to understand about AB is that it really pays to work there longer term. While salaries are often maybe 80-90% of the market rate for a similar job, bonuses and other benefits like free beer and the experience are tough to beat.

Free beer and decent salary

They have completely expunged meritocracy from their culture and replaced it with DEI. Anyone who is reading this, I would highly encourage you to read Anson Frericks book “The Last Call for Bud Light.” From diversity dashboards to racist rhetoric, it is a toxic culture from top to bottom. Management pretends like they want feedback and then does nothing when they receive it. Stay away.
