Billion dollar company refuses to provide production employees proper tools to do their jobs effectively. Corporate people have no clue how they are crippling production so they can maintain their expansive bonuses

They have completely expunged meritocracy from their culture and replaced it with DEI. Anyone who is reading this, I would highly encourage you to read Anson Frericks book “The Last Call for Bud Light.” From diversity dashboards to racist rhetoric, it is a toxic culture from top to bottom. Management pretends like they want feedback and then does nothing when they receive it. Stay away.
