Through internal learning and development programs a person can quickly obtain functional knowledge that can help them grow their career in a specific department or make a complete career change in a different area. The opportunities to grow internally are almost limitless.

Kontras

For new hires the learning curve can be steep and the pace is fast which can be a shock depending on a person's experience level.

Free beer and decent salary

They have completely expunged meritocracy from their culture and replaced it with DEI. Anyone who is reading this, I would highly encourage you to read Anson Frericks book “The Last Call for Bud Light.” From diversity dashboards to racist rhetoric, it is a toxic culture from top to bottom. Management pretends like they want feedback and then does nothing when they receive it. Stay away.
