Pros

Free Beer, good benefits, decent pay, some nice perks with events

Kontras

Raises are non-existent, a lot of bureaucracy, training is non-existent, operator pay is not competitive, incompetent leadership yet extremely confident

We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review. We're glad you enjoyed some of the perks of working at AB, like our benefits packages, salary, and beer allotment each month. With that said, we appreciate your constructive feedback surrounding things like training and raises. At AB, we're a meritocracy- based company and we budget for salary increases similar to other companies and we’re selective when allocating those increases because we have a culture that rewards for performance. They have completely expunged meritocracy from their culture and replaced it with DEI. Anyone who is reading this, I would highly encourage you to read Anson Frericks book “The Last Call for Bud Light.” From diversity dashboards to racist rhetoric, it is a toxic culture from top to bottom. Management pretends like they want feedback and then does nothing when they receive it. Stay away.
