Smart people, opportunities to lead projects and grow if you’re considered a “culture fit” and have high level sponsors

Kontras

Almost all male leadership who are obsessed with getting everyone back to the office 5 days a week. Lack of empathy or understanding for employees and working parents. Unrealistic expectations among constantly cut resources. Culture of self promotion and hiding problems. Unwilling to give cost of living raises or merit based raises (above 5%). Strong talent continues to flee.

Free beer and decent salary

They have completely expunged meritocracy from their culture and replaced it with DEI. Anyone who is reading this, I would highly encourage you to read Anson Frericks book “The Last Call for Bud Light.” From diversity dashboards to racist rhetoric, it is a toxic culture from top to bottom. Management pretends like they want feedback and then does nothing when they receive it. Stay away.
