Pros

There is a lot that a person can learn from a Big company like Anheuser-Busch Inbev then take that info to a company that will appreciate it. Learn their lean manufacturing system, how to work with Union employees and how to work around tight budgets these are valuable at other companies.

Kontras

Average work day 11-13 hrs plus weekends Average work week 70-84 hrs Old company used to work you like a dog too but would take care of you when you retired not Inbev. A bonus is offered annually but mark my works you will only get it every other year and no mater how good you do you'll get 50 % because the company did hit their targets (but year over year the continue to grow the business). The preach that pay is averaged among the top 50 companies but not for the hour put in

Thank you for sharing your feedback and for recognizing our benefits and culture. We’re proud to foster an environment where colleagues can build meaningful careers and enjoy working together. We also appreciate your comments regarding work-life balance and weekend work. While certain roles may require schedules that extend beyond traditional business hours, we recognize the importance of balance and are continually looking for ways to support our employees while meeting the needs of our business. Thank you for being part of the Anheuser-Busch team.

Pros

Free beer and decent salary

Kontras

They have completely expunged meritocracy from their culture and replaced it with DEI. Anyone who is reading this, I would highly encourage you to read Anson Frericks book “The Last Call for Bud Light.” From diversity dashboards to racist rhetoric, it is a toxic culture from top to bottom. Management pretends like they want feedback and then does nothing when they receive it. Stay away.
