Was a great organization to work hard for in a fun industry, although the internal climate is changing. - Field Sales Manager bei Anheuser-Busch: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Pros

It's cool to be 'the Bud Man" a selling a great portfolio of products. If you've been in the organization for years, the compensation is great, not so much for new employees with the new corporate culture. Lots of opportunity for growth and training is a big focus of the organization. Some nice perks including 2 free cases of beer per month (Not sure how long that will last under the new ownership).

Kontras

The company continues to look to reduce expenses. Trust seems to be at an all time low as each year employee reductions have occurred and reductions in company benefits have taken place.. Anheuser-Busch used to offer some of the best benefits in the corporate environment. Now the goal seems to be targeting the average. The company has lost a lot of talent the last few years.

Pros

Free beer and decent salary

Kontras

They have completely expunged meritocracy from their culture and replaced it with DEI. Anyone who is reading this, I would highly encourage you to read Anson Frericks book “The Last Call for Bud Light.” From diversity dashboards to racist rhetoric, it is a toxic culture from top to bottom. Management pretends like they want feedback and then does nothing when they receive it. Stay away.
