Poor benefits package. Management has no clue. Middle management rushed into role with inadequate training. Corporate Politics. Strict PTO/Hours in office policy. No opportunity to develop professionally. No vision for the future. All decisions seem to be made with Stock Holders in mind rather than the company or it's employees.
