Good luck ever getting promoted or a sizable raise when you get a new manager every 6 months. Higher level roles are almost always hired externally rather than promoted internally. Anyone who has worked closely to the product roadmap and finance can clearly see revenue declining year over year. A sinking ship to definitely avoid.
