Run fast from this company - HR Manager bei Angelus: Mitarbeiterbewertung

The executive leadership is very hostile to employees--from the CEO to the VP to the SLT's. The current CFO really needs counseling. She is very hostile and resorts to screaming at her direct repots. She has falsified HR documentations and tries to sabotage careers. I worked for this company for over 3-years and was never promoted and this in part was due to the CFO. This is the worst place for anyone in HR. The CFO knows nothing about HR and will coerce the HR Generalist/Manager into unethical HR practices.
