Leaving on-time daily was a good benefit. Anything pressing could just wait until tomorrow

Quality leadership has no focus, drive or general direction. Old equipment, no money, no backup gages, high expectations and 0 support from my team makes for a very stressful day. My boss really never took the time to work with me or understand the issues we were facing. She continually just kept passing off more meaningless work for me to complete on a daily basis.
