      Pros

      Lots of extra activities besides the project (mentorship, project estimations, tech interviews, etc.). All of them are extra paid, so you may have a good bonus to your salary. Atmosphere in the company is good. It is possible to work fully-remote or have a hybrid

      Kontras

      Unfortunately, most of the activities are going to annual bonus (previously it was monthly bonus). If there is no new Project then company may keep you on bench for a some period (like a few weeks), but it is a high risk to be fired. Not easy to boost your salary if you don't participate in extra activities.

We understand your frustration regarding the negative aspects you mentioned, but unfortunately, they are just peculiarities of the current IT outsourcing market. Nevertheless, Andersen strives to cancel those issues out with a variety of perks and benefits.

      Pros

      I’m satisfied with my salary, I’m satisfied with my team, I can say I live and breathe with my work and I see people around me who are as motivated and results-oriented as I am. What makes my life much easier is the possibility to quickly and easily get approval for vacation and get a sick day, if needed. Andersen’s health insurance is including dental coverage, and the partial reimbursement of sports activities turned out to be like more than partial: my gym membership is now significantly cheaper for me.
