It’s a fantastic start for newbies, providing hands-on experience and a solid technical foundation. The teaching platform is robust, making it easy to access resources and improve skills continuously. Management is friendly and approachable, fostering a collaborative atmosphere that encourages open communication. The clear career paths laid out also help in setting goals and expectations for growth within the company.

      The mandatory office work can be a challenge for those who prefer a remote work model. Additionally, the salary offered is lower than what one might expect for similar roles in the industry.

      I’m satisfied with my salary, I’m satisfied with my team, I can say I live and breathe with my work and I see people around me who are as motivated and results-oriented as I am. What makes my life much easier is the possibility to quickly and easily get approval for vacation and get a sick day, if needed. Andersen’s health insurance is including dental coverage, and the partial reimbursement of sports activities turned out to be like more than partial: my gym membership is now significantly cheaper for me.
