      Andersen provides excellent opportunities for growth and continuous learning. During my time at the company, I significantly improved both my technical and communication skills. The company offers strong support through mentoring, training, and helpful colleagues who are always willing to share their knowledge. It is a great place to gain real commercial experience and build a solid foundation in IT

      The main drawback is that the salary can be lower than the market average, particularly for junior positions.

      Pros

      I’m satisfied with my salary, I’m satisfied with my team, I can say I live and breathe with my work and I see people around me who are as motivated and results-oriented as I am. What makes my life much easier is the possibility to quickly and easily get approval for vacation and get a sick day, if needed. Andersen’s health insurance is including dental coverage, and the partial reimbursement of sports activities turned out to be like more than partial: my gym membership is now significantly cheaper for me.
