Initially, the culture! Employees really cared for one another, and that is rare. Then they started the layoffs and it was each on their own. Good product.

The architecture is obsolete. Management can change the high level roadmap, sending the ripples down without any deep explanation for the change in direction. They are managed for cash flow.
