The Product is innovative, the org is relatively accessible which is great for brand building, pay is/can be fruitful if you play the game and work hard. Bright future for the org only being 2 years post-IPO. Incredible trajectory if you get in and commit yourself.
Kontras
The path to field sales isn't clear for everyone, within the SDR org there isn't a lot of promotions, rolling up under marketing still feels confusing to some.
