- Happy hours don't cure lack of appreciation towards employees continually giving their nights and weekends to the company - As the company grows, the previous structure that works with less employees/clients will not work with more employees and clients. Senior management needs to recognize that change is needed - Company turnover leads to a talent gap, and later hours for everyone. Late hours leads to mistakes and burn out, which leads to people leaving the company. It's a cycle.
