Pros

Great place to gain some great consulting and analytics experience. High impact projects with F500 clients that trust and leverage the insights AP provides greatly. Flat-ish hierarchy and big opportunity for ownership - analysts often lead large parts of the delivery if you're up for it. People are honestly and genuinely nice and high caliber - never had a bad experience with senior folks/directors; culture is collaborative and collegial.

Kontras

Modeling is constrained to in-house tools; not too transferable. Too much turnover of HR, senior folks, seems like there's a reshuffle every few months. After a couple years, pay is NOT competitive at the Senior Analyst/Consultant level vs. the market, and does not match even closely the increase in work and responsibilities. Burnout ensues and you see a lot of capable folks leave the company at this level.
