The culture at AnaSpec is very friendly and comprised of multi-talented employees! A unique blend of expertise is the makeup of the Company. There is a lot of potential to grow within the Company and efforts are highly recognized. Communication is also very transparent and shared frequently. People are always willing to help and you really feel part of a team!
Kontras
The only potential area of improvement I would suggest is to consider more team building events to foster collaboration. Although this aspect has improved over the past year, more is always helpful of course.
