There is a high turnover rate in this department, which management sees as a kind of ‘refreshment.’ Chaos is the norm: requirements constantly change, and deadlines are always urgent — usually expected ‘yesterday.’ There are people in key positions who lack the skills, but act like they’re always right and more important than everyone else.
