Organizational Focus/Strategy We are focusing on too many things at one time instead of focusing on one organizational objective at time. There is something to be said for being really great at something together vs. being a master at none - leaving some folks circling and unfocused. Comp We need to be better at getting closer to market salaries for many of our roles. We have gotten better in some areas but we have a ways to go. In many areas work/life balances off set comp. Talent Development/Learning We need to offer more opportunities for people to refine skills and grow in their roles.
